MAD-pdf (Medicine Analytics Dashboard) is a free tool designed for AP Government Pharmacy Officers.
Upload your e-Aushadhi issue voucher PDFs and instantly receive a detailed breakdown of your department's medicine and surgical budget — no installation required on mobile.

2 How to Access MAD-pdf
Two options — choose whichever suits your device:
Option A — Web (Mobile & Desktop):

Option B — Desktop App (Windows only):
Download MADpdf_Setup_v20260408.exe from the APPA website homepage and install it on your Windows PC.
3 Using the Web App on Mobile
- Open your mobile browser (Chrome or Safari) and go to

- Tap the Upload PDF button on the main screen.
- Select your e-Aushadhi issue voucher PDF from your phone storage or Downloads folder.
- Wait a few seconds while the dashboard processes your file.
- Review the automatically generated summary — budget used, balance remaining, item counts, and quarterly breakdown.
- Use the Filter or Search options to view data for a specific medicine, category, or time period.
- Tap Download Report (if available) to save the summary to your device.
⚡ Tip: The web app may take 20–30 seconds to load on the first visit. This is normal — the server wakes up on new connections.
4 Add to Mobile Home Screen
Install MAD-pdf like a native app — no app store required.
On Android (Chrome):
- Open the app URL in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Tap "Add to Home screen" and confirm.
- Launch MAD-pdf directly from your home screen icon.
On iPhone / iPad (Safari):
- Open the app URL in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (□↑) at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap Add to confirm. The icon will appear on your home screen.
5 Uploading the e-Aushadhi Voucher PDF
- Log in to the e-Aushadhi portal and download your issue voucher as a PDF to your phone or PC.
- Open MAD-pdf and tap / click Upload PDF.
- Browse to where you saved the voucher and select it.
- The dashboard will parse the PDF and display the analytics automatically.
📋 Note: Only official e-Aushadhi issue voucher PDFs are supported. Scanned images or non-standard formats may not be parsed correctly.
6 Reading the Dashboard Results
🟢Budget Used — Total value of medicines issued this period
🔵Balance — Remaining budget after issues
📦Item Count — Number of distinct medicines / surgical items
📅Quarter View — Consumption split by financial quarter
🔎Search / Filter — Drill down by item name or category
📥Export — Download a summary report
7 Troubleshooting
- App not loading? Wait 30 seconds and refresh. The cloud server may be starting up.
- PDF not accepted? Ensure it is an original e-Aushadhi PDF (not a printout or photo).
- Blank results? Check that the voucher covers the selected date range and try uploading again.
- Mobile camera upload? Use Files / Documents to pick the PDF, not Camera.
- Need help? Contact the APPA via the website's Contact Us page.
